Tradetec Global Trading Company S.L. (hereinafter, the offering company), headquartered at Travesía Monte Pequeño 4 Bajo, Candeán, Vigo, 36317, Pontevedra, offers its e-commerce services through the websites www.tradetecglobal.com, tradetecglobal.com, www.tradetec.es, and tradetec.es. 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by Tradetec Global Trading Company S.L., as well as the commercial relationship with its customers, through its websites. These conditions constitute a binding contract under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 and other applicable laws.
Acceptance of these conditions is formalized by confirming the order and clicking the ACCEPT button during the purchase process.
3. LEGAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND LIABILITY
In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI), Tradetec Global Trading Company S.L. guarantees free, easy, direct, and permanent access to its legal information and contact details through its websites.
Users may voluntarily register as customers to access exclusive services and promotions.
4. SALES CONDITIONS
Tradetec reserves the right to change prices and terms at any time. The price applicable will be that in effect at the time of order confirmation, including all applicable costs (VAT, shipping, handling, and insurance). This information will be visible before completing the purchase.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
- Bank transfer: include the order number. Sending proof of payment to info@tradetec.es speeds up processing.
- Credit card or PayPal: follow the instructions on the website.
- Cash on delivery: available with an extra fee depending on the carrier.
- Flexible payments via SeQura: pay in 3, 6, or 12 interest-free installments. See conditions at www.sequra.es.
- Buy now, pay later via SeQura: up to 7 days after shipment to pay or finance.
6. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Standard delivery time is 10 days after payment confirmation (unless 24h delivery is indicated). Visible damages must be noted on the delivery slip and reported to info@tradetec.es within 24 hours. No claims will be accepted after that.
All products are shipped from Spain, with all taxes and fees included. Tradetec does not under-declare values or ship directly from China. Returns will not be accepted for universal items unless compatibility was confirmed beforehand.
Security and surveillance products do not include configuration, which is billed separately.
The company is not liable for damages caused by direct shipping from Asia or incorrectly declared shipping values.
7. WARRANTY
All products include a 3-year legal warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Technical service is located in Spain. Excluded from warranty:
- Improper or unprofessional handling
- External damage or misuse
- Broken seals
- Wear parts: covered for 6 months
Repair quotes not accepted: €25 + VAT. Warranty starts from delivery date.
8. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
The customer has the right to:
- Data protection under the GDPR and Spanish data laws
- Request information about their order status via Tradetec
- Access the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. RETURNS POLICY
The customer has 14 days to cancel their purchase, unless otherwise stated by law. Items must be returned in original packaging, without damage or signs of use. A 14.5% restocking fee applies and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted for tampered items, incomplete products, software, personalized items, or returns after the deadline. Laptop returns must include original partitions and software intact.
10. RIGHTS OF TRADETEC GLOBAL TRADING COMPANY S.L.
- Modify or suspend its website
- Change pricing or terms
- Reject orders due to stock issues or non-payment
- Retain ownership of goods until full payment
- Organize promotions and giveaways
11. DATA PROTECTION
Tradetec processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. Data will be used to manage orders and communications. They may be shared with logistics and payment providers for contract execution.
Users may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability) by contacting Tradetec in writing or via email.
We implement security measures to protect personal data, but users acknowledge that online security cannot be guaranteed 100%.
