Returns Policy
In accordance with current legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Law RDL 1/2007), customers have the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide any reason.
After this period, returns will not be accepted unless due to a manufacturing defect or product non-conformity.
For voluntary returns, the customer must cover the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, complete packaging, with all accessories, in perfect condition, unused, and with the warranty seal intact.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or tampered products.
- Incomplete products or those with damaged packaging.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Software products or activated licenses.
- Laptops that have not been reset to factory settings, including original partitions and preinstalled software.
In the event of product non-conformity, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation as per the Spanish Consumer Protection Law. In such cases, Tradetec will cover all related costs.
To process any return, the product serial number must match our internal records at Tradetec Global Trading S.L.
All properly returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 14.5%. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
For small products (cameras, accessories, etc.), please use protective external packaging to prevent damage to the original product box during shipping.
