Chevrolet electric tailgates

Chevrolet electric tailgates by model

Applications are being prepared for Trailblazer. Select by model, body style and year: kits for the same brand are not interchangeable.

How to choose a power tailgate lift kit

1. Identify the model and production year.
2. Check the body style and rear door configuration.
3. Compare the application and reference photographs.
4. Select the required version and optional foot sensor.

If you need help, send TradeTec the model, year and a photograph of the rear tailgate before ordering. A matching brand or model name alone does not confirm fitment.

Optional foot sensor

The foot sensor is an additional option in the product selector. It allows operation with a foot movement in the detection area. The configuration without a sensor does not include this accessory.

Functions and kit contents

Check each reference for its operating methods, height adjustment, components and installation requirements. Functions and brackets must match the selected reference; do not infer them from a promotional illustration alone.

Power tailgate installation

Professional installation is recommended. Fitting involves installing the vehicle-specific components, connecting the wiring and checking tailgate travel. The installer must check adjustment and operation according to the kit instructions.
